My friend and downline Linnea helped me make this beautiful folio with the Sweet Stitches Designer Fabric. It’s designed to hold passports or a note book.
She was very patient with me since I’m not great at sewing. Thank you Linnea!!!!
I’ll give you the dimensions of the fabric.
16 1/2″ Wide x 11-3/4″ Tall You need two pieces of fabric this size for the backing and the inside lining.
16-1/2″ x 11″ For one of the pockets. This piece gets folded in half.
16-1/2″ x 8″ For the second pocket. This piece gets folded in half.
33″ of ribbon or string
You need a piece of card board about 7-1/2″ x 11″ to go on the inside of the back cover of the folio. Wait until you sew your project before cutting the card board. The size will depend on the finished folio.
