Don’t you love the shimmery ice cream scoops?
I mixed a drop of Brilliant Blue re-inker with a drop of Frost White Shimmer Paint to create the color and applied it to the stamp with a Sponge Dauber.
The lighter color is Bashful Blue re-inker and Frost White shimmer paint.
