Hi Stamping Friends,
I show a lot of complicated but super fun projects on my blog so today I thought I would show you an easy winter birthday card that you can make using the Super versatile stamp set Snowflake Soiree # 127925.
It is also my stamp set of the month. For $30.95 a month you will get three handmade cards plus a stamp set delivered or mailed to you once a month. I have a few open spots if you would like to join. You also get to be the hostess one month and get $35.00 in free product. Fun Fun!!!
This is how you make this card:
1. Take 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ Crumb Cake card stock and fold it in half to create a card base.
2. Cut 1-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ Candlelight Specilaty Designer Series Paper and attach to the card base.
3. Punch a 1″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Real Red card stock with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch #119275. Attach to card.
4. Wrap Early Espresso 1/4″ Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon around the card.
5. Stamp Happy Birthday (from Sassy Salutations #126707) in Early Espresso ink.
6. Stamp Snowflake on Very Vanilla card stock and cut out with scissors.
7. Punch out Early Espresso card stock with the 1/2″ circle punch #119869 and attach to the center of the snowflake. Add a brad to the center of the snowflake and attach to card with a Stampin’ Dimensional #104430.
I hope you like it!
Check tomorrow for the stepped up version of this card!
Happy Stamping,
Karina
