Hi Stamping Friends,
We made this cute card/gift card holder at my classes last week.
I was going to do a video but I haven’t found the time yet so this is a quick tutorial.
1. Start with a piece of Very Vanilla 4-1/4″ x 11″ piece of card stock.
2. Buy the new Stampin’ Trimmer #126889. ( Just kidding but it is amazing!!!)
2. Place your card stock in the trimmer lining up the corners in the track and score in half.
3. Score the card stock in the center or where the card stock meets.
4. Fold your card so the pocket is at the front.
5. To get matching Designer Series paper to fit your card start with 10-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ designer series paper. I used Be of Good Cheer #126896.
6″ Place the designer paper in the trimmer so the two corners are in the track and cut the paper in half. You will now have two triangles. Flip one of the triangles over and line them up as you see in the picture.
7. Place them in the paper trimmer and cut them in half. You now have perfect shapes for your card!
