I have a technique to share with you today. It’s called Dazzling Watercolor.
Take a clear acrylic block and tap it against a Real Red ink pad so the color transfers onto the block. Squeeze Dazzling Details onto the block and mix with an old Blender Pen.
Stamp a Poinsettia from Watercolor Winter #129727 with Versa Mark ink and emboss with Early Espresso Embossing Powder #128980.
Color the image with a Blender pen and the Dazzling Details mixture.
