Hi Stamping Friends,
As you know I attended convention last week in Salt Lake City. We get to pick from a list of fun classes that we can attend.
One of the classes I took was run by Shannon West and it was called I am having fun!!!
She talked about how to make our classes and parties fun!!! One thing she mentioned was serving yummy food at our events and she shared this great recipe for Brown Sugar Carmel Apple Dip with us.
1 package of cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of toffee bits
1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup of walnuts ( optional)
1/4 cup of melted caramel
Mix the ingredients and drizzle carmel over top. Serve with apples.
