I made this cute coaster for my home decor class in two weeks. This coaster is 3″x3″ but for the class we’ll be using a 6″x6″ tile.
The Bliss stamp set can be earned for FREE with a $60.00 order.
Here’s the instructions:
1. Stamp the large image from the Bliss stamp set with Silver Encore Metallic stamp pad. Unfortunately, we no longer sell this product but Basic Gray Craft ink would work as well.
2. Stamp the butterflies & Bliss in Not Quite Navy Craft Ink.
3. Gently rub the edge of the tile in Not Quite Navy Craft ink.
4. Pour Ultra Thick Embossing Powder (from a local craft store)over the whole tile and shake off the extra powder.
5. Bake in a 325 degree over for 8 minutes.
6. Let it cool!!! If you touch it while it’s hot the image will smear!!!!
7. Once cool, tie Marina Mist 1-1/4″ Grosgrain Ribbon in a knot and attach to the back of the tile with Sticky Strip.
8. Glue some cork onto the back of the tile.
