I made this cute card using the new Balloon Adventures stamp set. This stamp set has coordinating balloon pop-up thinlit dies. One of the die pieces makes this cute tag topper. There is a bundle price where you can save 10% #144708.
I also used new Emerald Envy 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon, balloon bouquet punch#140609 and Party Animal Designer Series Paper #142738
