I have an easy technique to share with you today using the Beautiful You stamp set #143637.
The technique is called Paper Piercing.
I stamped my main image on 2-1/4″ x 3″ Whisper White card stock. I stamped the same image on 2016-2018 In-Color Designer Series Paper Stack #141408 and cut the dress shape out with paper snips #103579 and attached it to the main image. It looks like the dress has been colored the same as the designer series paper.
The designer series paper is retiring along with the 2016-2018 In-Color Enamel Shapes. The enamel shapes are on sale right now.
This is how I cut the angle on my designer series paper. I lined up the top left hand corner at 3″ and the bottom right hand corner in the track of the cutting guide.
