The birthday delivery stamp set has classic images and I used a paper piercing technique that I talked about yesterday on my blog. Basically you stamp an image on designer series paper and cut out part of the image with paper snips. I used the new Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper in Lemon Lime Twist. My balloon is colored with Berry Burst ink and the card stock layer is Berry Burst. Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst are two of the new in-colors.
I used used the new Ticket Tear Border Punch and Glitter Enamel Dots on my card.
