We made this cute at my class yesterday using the Lovely Inside & Out Stamp set #144011.
To create the fun background:

- Place a plastic report
cover on a craft mat. - Dab three ink pads
randomly over the plastic report cover. I used Pool Party, Sweet Sugarplum
and Perfect Plum. - Spritz water over the ink
and slightly bend the plastic sheet to blend the colors. - Place Shimmery White card
stock into the color. - Let dry and use on a card.
I used the Lovely Words Thinlit Die #143733 to cut out the sentiment.

I also used the Ruffled Embossing Folder 143699, the classic label punch 141491 and Sweet Sugarplum Striped Ribbon 144229.
