It’s easier than it looks.
I saw this cute card at a Creative Day event back in September.
The card uses the Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set and Jolly Season Dies. These can be purchased in a bundle saving you 10%.
I also used the new Mercury Glass Designer Acetate on the card,
