Doesn’t this card make you want to drink a martini?
My favorite martinis are Oprah’s Pomegranate Martinis. She has the recipe on her website but I’ll quickly share it with you.
Here it is:
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 ounces Absolute Citron vodka or white tequila
- 1 ounce Cointreau liquor
- Cup of ice
- Splash of sparkling water (optional)
- Squeeze of lemon (optional)
It’s delicious and has inspired my card today.
I used Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White and Pink Flamingo Designer Series Paper
I stamped the martini glasses with VersaMark ink on Whisper White card stock after I ran my embossing buddy over it. Black Embossing powder and the Heat Tool was used to emboss the image. I colored the martinis in with Real Red and Old Olive Stampin’ Write markers. I used the Color Spritzer tool with a Basic Black maker to make a splatter pattern on the card. The Whisper White card stock was layered on to Basic Black card stock that had two edges punched with the scallop edge punch. The scallop edge punch can be earned for FREE with a $65.00 order.
The greeting was stamped with Basic Black ink on Whisper White card stock and punched out with the Word Window punch. The greeting is from the Happy Moments stamp set that can also be earned for FREE with a $65.00 order. The greeting was layered onto Basic Black card stock that was punched out with the Modern Label punch.
