This card was designed and demonstrated at convention by Heather Summers.
This is a fun technique called spotlighting. The bird cage is stamped three times on Rose Red card stock, Old Olive card stock and Whisper White card stock. The image is punched out with the 3/4″ circle medium punch and the 1″ circle medium punch.

Ink: Basic Black & Tempting Turquoise
Accessories: Scallop Edge Border Punch, 3/4″ Circle Medium Punch, 1″ Circle Medium Punch, 1/4″ Tempting Turquoise Grosgrain Ribbon
