This is another project I made with the Spooky Things Decor Elements. You get a lot of pieces for only $18.95.
Here’s the instructions:
1. Cut 4 pieces of card stock 5-1/2″ x 6-1/2″. (This is will make one luminary.)
2.With the 5-1/2″ side against the top of the paper cutter, score in at each side 1/2″.
3. To cut out the center rectangle, line up the 5-1/2″ side against the top of the paper cutter and the card stock at 1″. Move the cutting blade to the 1″ mark and cut down to the 5″ mark. Repeat on the other side of the card stock.
Now line up the 6″ side against the top of the paper cutter and the card stock at 1″ mark. Move the cutting blade to the 1″ mark and cut down to 4-1/2″.
4. Place snail around the window opening and position a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Paper Vellum over the opening.
5. Attach the luminary sides together with Sticky Tape.
6. Use Spooky Things Decor Elements, Jet Black StazOn ink, Wicked Things stamp set, Wicked Fun Specialty Designer Series paper and the Bitty Bat punch to decorate the luminaries.
