Gently Falling Goof Up!!!

Hi Stamping Friends,

I always tell my friends that you can never mess up a card. Well it’s true!!!!

I had a class today and was demonstrating a Gently Falling Emboss Resist Card and my sponge ended up in Cherry Cobbler ink. The card is supposed to be Soft Suede with Pool Party ink. Now it’s Cherry Cobbler with Soft Suede and Early Espresso.
I really like how my goof up turned out. Don’t you?
To make this card, stamp the En Francais stamp on Very Vanilla Card stock with Soft Suede ink. Stamp a leaf image from the Gently Falling stamp set with Versa Mark ink and emboss with Clear Embossing Powder and a Heat Tool. Sponge Cherry Cobbler Ink over the leaf image and wipe excess ink away with a tissue.
The Cherry Cobbler card stock was embossed with the Finial Press Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I used a brayer to roll Cherry Cobbler ink over the raised areas.
Notice the ribbon!!! It’s the Cherry Cobbler 3/8″ Quilted Satin Ribbon from the Holiday Mini Catalog. Love it!!!
Happy Stamping,
Karina
