Stampin’Up! Summer Silhouettes Technique Card!

Hi Stamping Friends,

I’m using the Summer Silhouettes stamp set again but this time I paired it with a technique called Faux Patina Embossing.

Here’s the technique:

Faux Patina Embossing
1. Brayer
Crumb Cake ink on the debossed side of the Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Embossing folder.  Place Whisper White card stock in the
folder and run through the Big Shot Die Cut Machine.
2. Sponge
Midnight Muse ink over the embossed areas.
3. Sponge
Soft Suede ink over some of the embossed areas.
4. Lightly
rub VersaMark ink over some of the
embossed areas.
5. Sprinkle
on Gold Embossing Powder and heat with a Heat Tool.
Do you love it?
The flower from Summer Silhouettes was stamped with Midnight Muse ink on Very Vanilla card stock. The flower top image was stamped with Soft Suede ink.
The embellishments are 5/8″ Victoria Crochet Trim Ribbon and Vintage trinkets.
Happy Stamping,
Karina
